What is the return policy?
At IMGE, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product delivered is defective or damaged. To initiate the process, customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving their order. Please ensure that items are in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact. For quicker resolution and a higher chance of approval, we strongly recommend sharing unboxing photos or videos as proof of the issue.
When will I get my order?
At IMGE, orders are typically processed within 2–4 days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays or regional factors.
There are faint water marks or patches on my tee. Is it defective?
No worries! that’s completely normal! These marks appear because dark tees go through a pre-treatment process before DTG printing. The solution helps the ink stick properly and is then heat-cured, which can leave temporary water-like patches or shiny areas.
They’ll disappear completely after the first wash, leaving your print smooth and clean.
We recommend washing once in cold water (inside out, gentle cycle) and drying in shade.
